We have proudly developed and deployed our own branded Communication Network, namely the Intelligent IoT Communication Network. All our products are communicating via our own Communication Network by means of our secure VPN (Virtual Private Network) and our own branded communication Gateways which is the heartbeat of the system. The majority of our devices are communicating via LoRa and Ethernet via Fibre to ensure we can provide a “private owned network” for our clients without the hassle of sim card or other expensive communication systems available. The primary focus is to provide a full service installation, support and management to Utilities to have their own wireless networks. Utilities have the opportunity now to control, monitor and manage their own device communication networks. We have invest in a network with reliability and redundancy in mind designed to grow over time , that scales as our business grows, to add new features and functionality, such as video surveillance, integrated messaging, wireless applications etc. Our Network architecture is typically laid out in a star-of-stars topology in which gateways is a transparent bridge relaying messages between end- devices and a central network server in the back-end. Gateways are connected to the network server via standard IP connections while end-devices use single-hop wireless communication to one or many gateways. Our Network allows for quick set up of public or private IoT networks anywhere using hardware and software that is bi-directionally secure , interoperable and mobile, provides accurate localization, and works the way you expect. Our Network Back-end software is scalable and we accommodate all the popular communication protocols like our own 868MHz Custom X Layer, LoRaWan, BLE, Wi-Fi, 4G / LTE , Ethernet via Fibre etc. Our application software server and network communication server are both cloud based servers with regular back-ups made on a daily basis, we also back-up on client’s servers for their peace of mind.
