It is extremely important for us to ensure that we can contribute in job creation initiatives / opportunities especially in the areas where our projects are active . Although we have in-house specialised product and service’s specialists to perform certain tasks, we always ensure that we create job opportunities whether temporary or permanent. Further to this, we also want to see upcoming local businesses succeed and grow. We always include local communities and local businesses in our projects and we want to make sure we stimulate the economic climate in the specific areas where our projects are active. It is extremely important that we build up small and micro enterprises to become sustainable and strong businesses.
