We have developed a complete all-in-one revenue and asset management turnkey solution system that targets directly Non- Technical Losses, that will guarantee results and positively turnaround any utility’s revenue situation and ensure that it remains sustainable for many years to come. Technical losses are caused by network characteristics and the nature of the load flow during the delivery of electric energy. Technical losses are related to the physical nature of the equipment and infrastructure of the power distribution systems, i.e., I²R loss– or copper loss in the conductor cables, transformers, switches, and generators. Loads are not included in the losses because they are actually intended to receive as much energy as possible. Technical losses can be accurately calculated or estimated using load flow studies if network configuration and load flow data is available. Non-Technical Losses from internal process issues (inaccurate billing information, defective meters, etc.) and external issues (electricity / water theft, vandalism, corruption, tampering, undetected load etc.) and cannot always be directly measured, but can be estimated, continue to be a mayor challenge and prevent more than often that Utilities can deliver acceptable levels of Safe and reliable Services and collect revenue for services delivered. Non-technical losses can be calculated as the difference between total losses and technical losses. High levels of electricity theft (illegal connections (unregistered load), meter tampering, criminal activities etc. these   are   the   most   prominent causes of non-technical losses )
